As part of the automated metering system installed in the Oak Park Water Service potable water distribution system, customer's have access to their water meter data via a web portal. Besides viewing water use history - - by billing period, by month, by week, by day, and even by hour! - - customers can set alerts to be notified by email based upon personalized settings. For example, a customer can set an alert to be notified if there is "continuous flow", which means they would receive notification of a probable leak, or a stuck valve. No more surprises coming home to a garage full of water, or a huge water bill!

Oak Park Water Service is the ONLY water company in Ventura County to have a fully implemented automated metering system with a customer web portal! This gives you a unique opportunity that residents in other communities do not have!

Even though, as of June 6, 2016, the Water Allocation Plan implemented under Stage 2 is not applicable (under Stage 1 conditions), the fact is, THE DROUGHT IS NOT OVER, and California will ALWAYS be susceptible to drought conditions. Knowledge really is power!

What you need to set up your account:

You will need an email address, and your most recent water bill.

Be prepared to create a password based on 8 character (7 letters and 1 digit); the password is case-sensitive.
